Delivery time within Switzerland: 2-3 working days at most after receipt of payment. Your new Adirondack Bear Chair arrives securely packaged and quickly. On request, we also deliver the product fully assembled, so you can relax straight away, with no effort at all.
Easy assembly with helpful instructions
All our products come with clear, illustrated assembly instructions . Assembly is kept as simple as possible. If you have questions, reach us via our contact page. Carefully take all parts out of the box and familiarise yourself with them while reading the instructions. Should a part be missing or damaged, please get in touch with us. Follow the instructions step by step to ensure safe, clean assembly.
Our recommendation
Allow plenty of space and time for assembly and avoid working under time pressure. That keeps the build stress-free and even enjoyable. Also take care not to drill into the material at full power. Firm, but with feeling, is the motto here. That keeps your Adirondack chair in top quality for a long time. We recommend assembling the chair with two people. Where described, we recommend using suitable wood glue; you will find a matching product in our shop.

Care tips for a long life
Our Adirondack Bear Chairs stand out for their longevity and robust materials, whether made from recycled plastic (HDPE), White Pine (pine wood) or Western Red Cedar. With the right care, your chair stays in top condition for many years.
Composite (HDPE plastic)
Chairs made from recycled HDPE plastic are extremely low-maintenance and weather-resistant. Clean them with mild soapy water and a cloth or a soft brush. Use a pressure washer only at a sufficient distance, and avoid aggressive cleaners or abrasive sponges.
White Pine
Natural White Pine chairs impress with their natural look. Ideally, use them in a covered spot or indoors. For outdoor use, we recommend a weatherproof wood varnish or a water-repellent paint, with attention to UV and moisture protection. We are happy to advise you on the right stain.
Western Red Cedar
Western Red Cedar ages naturally and develops a silver-grey patina outdoors. If you want to preserve the warm reddish tone, use a wood preservative or our Protector, keep the chairs free of dirt and moisture regularly, and refresh when directly exposed to the weather. On request, we take care of the professional protective coating.

Shipping costs
Shipping of chairs, tables and large items is free within Switzerland. Shipping fees only apply to small items (e.g. care products such as Soap, Cleaner or Protector).
Warranty & Returns
On all chairs fully assembled by us, we grant a 10-year warranty. In addition, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You will find the details in our Right of Withdrawal.
