Adirondack chairs for holiday homes & Airbnb
Robust, guest-friendly and photogenic for listings: which Bear Chair setups pay off for holiday flats, chalets and Airbnb.
Adirondack chairs in a holiday home have a special status: they are used by changing guests, must withstand the Swiss climate and occasional carelessness, and should score on listing photos. Bear Chair products bring exactly this combination, cedar or composite, both durable, photogenic and strong on brand.
What Adirondack chairs deliver in a holiday home
Robustness for unsupervised use
- Solid wood or composite, no veneer, no thin MDF
- Pre-drilled joints, simply retighten a loose screw
- Spare parts on request, if a slat is damaged, we discuss the options for individual components with you individually
High recognition value
Adirondack chairs are instantly recognisable on listing photos and convey calm, naturalness and quality, which in our experience leads to better reviews.
Low theft risk thanks to weight
Bear Chair cedar weighs approx. 12-18 kg per chair, composite 20+ kg. Enough weight to make spontaneous removal unattractive, but light enough for seasonal rearranging.
Little maintenance between seasons
Cedar needs a brush-clean at most once a year and optional oiling. Composite is practically maintenance-free. For hosts with several listings: measurably less caretaker time.
Recommended setups
- Single apartment: 2× Original or Folding plus side table and seat cushions
- Family chalet: 4× Grizzly, 4-6× Hybrid around the dining table, Dining table 180x100cm
- Premium listing: 2× Royal Composite (maintenance-free) plus Tête-à-Tête double chair
Cost-benefit for hosts
- Purchase: one-off per chair
- Lifespan: many years with correct storage, plus repair support
- Care costs: a brush, occasional oil, minimal
