What awaits you at the showroom
Ready for viewing and trying out: Original, Classic, Royal, Hybrid, Grizzly, Folding, Recliner, Kids, Royal Composite plus tables and benches.
You can touch Western Red Cedar, pine and composite side by side and try them out. Advice without sales pressure; we speak Swiss German, High German and English. On request, we will show you how a kit is assembled step by step.
Assembly service and warranty
On request, we take care of the complete assembly for you. For Bear Chair chairs we fully assemble for you, we grant a 10-year warranty covering construction and assembly quality. Feel free to ask us about it during your showroom appointment.
Book an appointment
We recommend booking appointments 1-3 days in advance. On weekdays mostly afternoons and early evening; weekends and public holidays flexibly by arrangement. Request an appointment via the contact form, we confirm within one working day.

Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We recommend arranging appointments in advance so that someone is on site with time for you.
Can I buy directly at the showroom?
Yes. You can order, pay and, ideally, take the kit with you straight away if the model is available on site.
Are showroom appointments available at the weekend?
Yes, no problem. Weekend and public holiday appointments can be booked flexibly, always by arrangement.
How long does a showroom visit take?
On average 30-60 minutes. Longer for more extensive consultations; we plan enough time.
Can I reserve models before my appointment?
Tell us when booking which models interest you, and we will have them ready on site.
Do you speak French or Italian?
In the showroom mainly Swiss German and High German, English is no problem. We speak only a little French and unfortunately no Italian. We are happy to answer written enquiries in French as well, and our website is fully available in German, English and French.
